May 2007

This month sees the Seniors go to Firm Foundations for the weekend and get very wet! The band play for the Disstrict Executive and recieve a warm reception. The whole Company makes Links for Leprosy and donate that weeks subs - £30 is raised and handed over!

April 2007

One new Company Section member and one new Anchor too (we are still growing!) Peter attends Queens Badge Completion Course and the BB hosts a games evening for the wives group at DB. Extra band practices in preparation for the competitions.

March 2007

Revolution again for Seniors and one new Anchor! A trip to Hull City for the whole Company and a win for the Seniors at the Battalion Football Competition in which we entered 4 teams. District Holiday Leadership Course is held at DB too. Four members complete their 3rd Grade Leadership Course. Paddi begins his new job as District Training Convenor. Red Nose Day activities for Company and Seniors.

February 2007

Trip to Green Moor for Juniors and younger Company Section. Revolution again for Seniors and older Company.

January 2007

Back after Christmas and two new Anchors. Trips to 7th Hull for the Juniors and a talk on India. For Year 5 and under a trip to Playzone. All good Fun! Juniors had their swimming event too and older members take their first trip to Revolution.

December 2006

This month has seen Christmas celebrations/parties for each section. The band has also played at the Christmas Carol Service and this was well received. Youngsters also attended the Christingle service at Derringham Bank. Vicki and Paddi lead YLT for the District. Youngsters also bag packed at Morrisons in Anlaby and a fantastic amount was raised - Thank you Morrsions!

November 2006

1 new member of staff - Welcome Matt! The band is growing too! There has been 1 new Junior this month. Seniors group had their 2nd meeting night and enjoyed a Pizza supper. 13 youngsters attended church parade at Derringham Bank and handed over five shoe boxes to the Samaritans Purse Appeal. November also saw the band play at Church Anniversary.

October 2006

2 new Juniors and 1 new Anchor have joined us. The Company/Seniors have been to the Hull Fair and HEYDDAY. The band played at Battalion Parade and others joined them, too. Some Company and Seniors went to The Sea, Field and Factory Service at Holy Trinity and McDonalds for lunch.

September 2006

1 new member in the Juniors and welcome back to the regulars. There was also a band practice day at Market Weighton. The band had some new members too. Harvest Festival was held at DB.
